Never send a password or a verification code to anyone, whatever channel they use.
We do not provide phone support for the global platform. No customer support number is published on flipster.io.
If someone phones you and says they are Flipster support, do not share codes or move funds. Check the caller with the verification tool at flipster.io/channel-verification first.
The only telephone number Flipster publishes is the Compliance Officer line of Flipster FZE, listed under the Dubai office below. It is not customer support.
Send it through the complaint form (a support ticket), by email to [email protected] or by live chat. No fee is charged.
Within one week the complaint is acknowledged with a case reference.
Within four weeks Flipster FZE aims to resolve it.
Within eight weeks the Compliance Officer gives a final response. An unresolved complaint can then be referred to VARA, which licenses Flipster FZE under VL/26/07/002.
These timelines are Flipster FZE’s. Customers of Flipster Corp start with a support ticket, then follow the dispute clause of the Terms of Use; no dedicated procedure is published. Read the full complaints procedure and timelines.
The official site is flipster.io: start from the Flipster home page, not from a link in a message. The Official Channel Verification tool at flipster.io/channel-verification checks Telegram handles, email addresses and URLs.
No third party is named as authorised to give Flipster support.
