What is Flipster?
Flipster is a crypto futures exchange founded in 2021. It lists USDT-settled perpetual contracts on crypto, gold and US stocks, and also offers spot markets, copy trading and Earn products. The global platform is operated by Flipster Corp, a company incorporated in Panama, and a second company, Flipster FZE, is based in Dubai. The About page sets out who operates Flipster and what is not published about the two companies.
Is Flipster the exchange related to the Flipster magazine app?
No. Flipster the crypto exchange is unrelated to the digital magazine service of the same name; the two only share a name. The exchange uses the domain flipster.io and the help centre support.flipster.io, and its Official Channel Verification tool confirms whether a handle, an email or a URL is genuine. The Flipster home page lists the official iOS and Android app links.
Which Flipster company holds a licence?
Flipster FZE does. It is licensed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), Dubai, for Exchange Services under VASP Licence VL/26/07/002, issued on 14 July 2026 and shown as Active in the VARA public register entry for Flipster FZE on 11 October 2026. No licence is stated for Flipster Corp, and the licence does not make every Flipster product regulated. See the licence details and register link.
Which company holds my account?
It depends on the terms you accepted when you registered. The global Terms of Use, last updated on 24 June 2026, are an agreement with Flipster Corp, a company incorporated in Panama; they are governed by English law and allow disputes to be referred to arbitration in Singapore. Flipster FZE has its own Terms of Use (UAE) for the Dubai platform. The About page describes the two Flipster companies.

Which countries can use Flipster?
It depends on where you live. Flipster states that eligibility varies by jurisdiction and asks you to check your country status before registering, and its Terms of Use bar users from the Prohibited Jurisdictions listed on its site. That list can change, so it is not reproduced here. One dated example: perpetuals, copy trading, Earn and deposits ceased for customers in Poland in February 2026. Check the current status in the Flipster help centre.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Under clause 43.2 of the Terms of Use, Flipster approves an account only after its standard onboarding process, which includes know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering (AML) checks. Applicants from Prohibited Jurisdictions are not eligible. The terms do not say which documents are accepted or how long the review takes. If a check stalls, contact support through the official channels only.
Can I use Flipster in the UAE?
Yes for spot exchange services: Flipster FZE provides them in the UAE under VARA VASP Licence VL/26/07/002, and its register entry permits it to serve Retail Investors and Qualified Investors. The Flipster FZE Public Disclosure describes spot trading only. Whether perpetual futures, copy trading or Earn are available to UAE residents is not shown in the published sources, and this page does not claim it. See what VARA licence VL/26/07/002 covers.

Open the full fee schedule.
Is there a fee for moving funds between my Flipster accounts?
No. Flipster’s fee guide states that transfers between Flipster accounts carry no fee, and that Flipster does not charge a fee for deposits of assets. If you send assets in from an external wallet, the blockchain network may charge its own fee, which Flipster does not set. Withdrawals do carry a fee that depends on the asset and the network: see withdrawal fees by asset and network.

The funding rate guide explains how and when funding is paid, and the liquidation price guide covers margin, liquidation and losses beyond margin.
Can I copy another trader on Flipster?
Yes. Under the Copy Trading Specific Terms, a Master Trader’s trades are replicated pro rata in your own account without your approval for each trade. Assets are not pooled, no Master Trader has custody of your account, and you can stop at any time. Results can differ from the Master Trader’s, and losses can exceed the funds you allocate. Custody, costs and risks are set out in copy trading explained.
Are Earn rewards fixed?
No. Flipster Earn rewards are variable and not guaranteed: Flipster calculates the APR by multiplying the daily rate by 365 and says it may vary daily. Dynamic Earn subscribes your assets to on-chain yield strategies and carries stated risks that include principal loss and smart-contract risk. This page prints no rate. Read the risk disclosure before you use either product.

How do I check a message is really from Flipster?
Use the Official Channel Verification tool at flipster.io/channel-verification. It checks whether a Telegram handle, an email address or a URL belongs to Flipster; treat any contact it does not confirm as unofficial. Reserves, custody and the bug bounty are covered on the page about security and proof of reserves, and the proof of reserves guide shows how to verify a reserve report yourself.
How do I contact Flipster support?
Through the help centre at support.flipster.io, where you can open a ticket or start a live chat that Flipster describes as available 24/7. You can also write to [email protected]. No customer support phone number is published for the global platform. Every official channel, with what each one is for, is on the page to contact support.
What can I do if support does not solve my problem?
File a complaint. Flipster FZE customers can use the complaint form, [email protected] or live chat; Flipster FZE acknowledges a complaint within one week, gives a final response within eight weeks, and an unresolved complaint can then be referred to VARA, which licenses Flipster FZE under VL/26/07/002. The route for Flipster Corp customers is not published. Each step is in the complaints procedure.
The Flipster FZE complaint timeline, from its Public Disclosure (UAE):
Within one week the complaint is acknowledged.
Within four weeks Flipster FZE aims to resolve the complaint.
Within eight weeks the Compliance Officer gives the final response.
After that an unresolved complaint can be referred to VARA, which licenses Flipster FZE under VL/26/07/002.
Making a complaint costs nothing, and complaint records are kept for at least eight years (flipster.io/policies/public-disclosure-uae, read 2026-10-11).
